Mandatory full or limited fitness according to the decision of the Military Medical Commission.

Tasks

Daily work
  1. Coordinated work within the communications team
  2. Managing Facebook and Telegram
  3. Development of content plans and communication strategies
  4. Creating creatives, static posts, writing scripts/storylines
  5. Editing and writing descriptions for publications
  6. Adapting trends to the format, maintaining overall style
  7. Content processing, approval, and publication in accordance with the requirements of higher command

 

Requirements

Must-have
  • Experience in SMM from 1 year (organic social media growth)
  • Having a CV, portfolio, and/or the ability to demonstrate examples of accounts you have managed
  • Proficiency in Canva/Figma, Veed/Captions, VN, or other similar applications
  • Readiness for military service by mobilization or contract
  • Readiness to appear on camera will be a plus
  • Experience in military service and/or work in military niches or with public projects will be a plus
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher will be a plus

How the selection process works

Steps
  1. Interview
  2. Completion of initial documentation
  3. Mobilization/signing a contract for service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine or transfer between units under the full support of a specialist from the 428th Separate Battalion of Unmanned Systems “Shadow”
  4. Completion of Basic General Military Training and/or specialized training
  5. Arrival at the unit
