Unmanned Strike Systems Platoon Leader

Tasks

Daily work
  1. Execution of combat missions as part of the unit
  2. Effective command of the platoon
  3. Development of strategies for accomplishing assigned tasks, taking into account tactical aspects of operations
  4. Constant maintenance of personnel and military equipment in combat readiness
  5. Thorough knowledge of the main types of equipment and weapons of the unit
  6. Reporting to the company commander and his deputy
  7. Monitoring the whereabouts and activities of subordinates
  8. Maintaining cohesion and discipline within the platoon
  9. Execution of tasks in accordance with instructions and commanders' orders

Requirements

Must-have
  • Officer military rank
  • Combat experience will be an advantage
  • Proficient computer and communication skills
  • Readiness to work in the active combat zone
  • Responsibility, organizational skills, stress resistance
  • No criminal record

How the selection process works

Steps
  1. Interview
  2. Completion of initial documentation
  3. Mobilization/signing a contract for service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine or transfer between units under the full support of a specialist from the 428th Separate Battalion of Unmanned Systems “Shadow”
  4. Completion of Basic General Military Training and/or specialized training
  5. Arrival at the unit
